1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SPARK. By using the service, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use SPARK respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, impersonation, fraud, hate speech, sexual exploitation, non-consensual content, and unsafe behavior are not allowed.

3. Accounts and future paid features

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. SPARK is preparing a free-first launch. If paid features become available later, pricing, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and restore behavior will be governed by the App Store flow shown before purchase.

4. Content and moderation

You retain responsibility for the content you upload or send. SPARK may review or remove content, restrict accounts, or cooperate with safety investigations when content or behavior violates these terms or puts users at risk.

5. Safety and offline meetings

Use good judgment when meeting people offline. SPARK is designed with trust and safety tools, but it cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. If you feel unsafe, stop engaging and contact emergency services when appropriate.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account from the app's Settings screen. Account deletion is permanent. If you cannot access the app, email support@sparkfit.app.
